What to expect

Have your tickets ready to scan on your phone.

Please queue up in designated lines for General Admission, Gold Pass, and Table Reservations.

Box office and tickets

Each person in attendance must have a ticket to enter. 1 ticket = 1 person.

Table reservations must check in to receive wristbands for their party and sign table agreement before entry.

If you would like to upgrade your ticket purchase to a table, please email vip@superstitionatx.com.

Dos and don’ts shortlist

No re-entry.

No outside food or drinks permitted.

No weapons allowed including pocket knives.

No professional camera or video equipment (cameras with detachable lenses).

No illegal or illicit items of any kind.

No vending or soliciting.

Animals and pets are not permitted except for properly identified service animals.

Security

Bag policy and metal detectors - No backpacks or large bags. All persons, bags, and personal items will be searched.

Guests noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund.

Parking

Valet parking is available onsite.

Ride share drop-off in designated areas.

Please be responsible and do not drink and drive.

Upscale and fashionable attire. Dress as you would for a nice night out on the town!

Laser pointers

Any devices found in use will be confiscated and disposed of by management without compensation. Guests noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund.

All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to search.

Professional-style cameras and recording devices, detachable lenses, GoPros, and selfie sticks are not permitted without a photo pass or prior authorization from artist representation.

All tickets and bottle service deposits are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy.

All tickets & tables must be purchased through the Superstition website. Superstition is not responsible for the authenticity of any 3rd party tickets sales.

General Admission (Classic) Tickets can be upgraded to bottle service. If you decide to upgrade, you will receive a refund for your tickets.

Smoking is permitted on the designated outdoor patio in The Gold Room only.
