Riverside OpCo, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and its affiliate companies, which together operate and run the venue Superstition located at 110 E. Riverside Dr., Austin, TX 78704 (hereinafter referred to as “Superstition”). This Privacy Policy describes Superstition’s current policies and practices concerning Personal Information collected by us through our Site or otherwise.
The term “Personal Information” refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, birth date, e-mail address or mailing address, and any other information that is identified with you personally.
Through your use of any of our services or the Site, or by providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to the terms of, and the practices described in, this Privacy Policy.

BY PROVIDING US WITH ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOU EXPRESSLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SUPERSTITION, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, RELATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, OWNERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE AND/OR MISUSE OF YOUR COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION. IN ADDITION, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE AND/OR MISUSE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BY ANY THIRD PARTIES WHO RECEIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
